BOOKING POLICY
Please book your sessions 3 to 6 weeks in advance.
ALL sessions are to be paid for at the time of booking. After the client and the studio agree on session times, an invoice will be emailed to the client. A session is not considered booked until payment is made in full.
In the case of a last minute cancellation by client (less than 48 hours) the client will be charged for half of the session fee for that date. The remaining half will remain on account for future bookings.
In the case of the studio making a last minute cancellation (less than 48 hours) the full amount will remain on account.
RATES
AUDIO PER HOUR RATE
Audio sessions are billed at $75 per hour. This is for all audio services including recording, mixing, mastering, rough mixes and searching archived files.
Commercial video projects use these guidelines for billing:
Studio rental: $150 per hour. This includes set build and teardown, production, events and any other activities on the Rock Garden premises.
Owner/Operator Marc Golde performs many tasks on a video production including: Camera operation, lighting design, audio recording, directing, set build, and other tasks needed for the production.
Marc’s fees: $1000 per day (4 - 10 hours)
Assistant (if needed): $250 per day
Video editing: $150 per hour (No fee for studio rental during editing)
Music video prices are based on each individual project. Please email for a quote.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made with cash, check, credit card or PayPal. We’ll send you an invoice you can pay on line.
